The annual JK Tshikombedze UAAC Best Learner achievement awards were conducted during the 2012 National Youth Conference. The awards which are exclusively meant for UAAC learners are funded by the Tshikombedze family to help encourage the united African apostolic church (UAAC) youth in grade 12 to study hard. Winners of the awards receive certificates, medals, incentive cash bonus and modern technology gadgets including cellphones and laptops.

As in previous years, Jev I Tshikombedze represented the Tshikombedze family in handing out the awards. She was flanked by Bishop Dube from Victoria Falls, Acting Executive Mayor of the Vhembe district Municipality, Mr Manyuwa, members of the UAAC Youth Development team and UAAC National Chairperson, Pres Rabali. In her short address, Jev Tshikombedze indicated that the awards are meant to encourage UAAC leaners to study harder.
Five learners received the awards for their best performance in the 2011 academic year. They were the following: Nengwekhulu Omphulusa, Rifhemaanda Ramufhufhi, Nephembani Revision, Ndamulelo Ndou and Lufuno Maphaha.
